Using digital media regardless of whether the xray was taken on an analogue or digital xray machine it is very important to incorporate a reliable scale. When viewed on different screens an xray may appear to be a different size. This is particularly important when the original is not available for comparison. When sending digital radiographs to colleagues for opinion a scale is especially important. VI Left and Right markers are 50mm long and include a scale marked at 5mm intervals.
