Transport damage

You have to make a notice on the delivery note, immediately upon receipt, if your goods have been damaged during transport. (Always check all goods upon delivery otherwise you are not covered under warranty).

After this, please fill in the template below if you experience any problems with an article and wish to make a complaint.  Please make a precise and detailed description in order for us to help you in the best possible way. What went wrong/what is the error/how did it happen?

Please refer to your order number and state company name and contact information.
