Returns are only permitted with prior confirmation from KRUUSE and within one month of receipt.

All goods returned are to be sent freight prepaid

A return handling fee for unwanted goods of 25% applies; carriage will not be refunded to you.

Built to fit or specially procured items are non returnable

Please note that the return of sterile or temperature controlled items is not permitted
