KRUUSE PGA Suture is a synthetic, absorbable, multifilament, sterile surgical suture composed of polyglycolic acid and coated with polycaprolactone and calcium stearate.
Available dyed violet.
Complete mass absorption in 60-90 days (approximately 75% of original tensile strength 14 days after implantation, 40% of original tensile strength 21 days after implantation).

Indications
KRUUSE PGA Sutures are indicated for soft tissue approximation and ligation, where absorbable sutures are indicated, including:
■ Blood vessel ligation
■ Ductus ligation
■ Facia approximation
■ Gynaecology and abstretics
■ Joint capsula closure
■ Ligament ligation


Contraindications
KRUUSE PGA Suture is not intended for use in cardiovascular tissue, neurosurgery, or ophthalmic surgery.
