KRUUSE Monofast is a synthetic, absorbable, monofilament, sterile suture. Complete mass absorbtion is 90-120 days (approximate 65 % of original tensile strength 7 days after implantation, 40 % of original tensile strength 14 days after implantation)
KRUUSE Monofast dispenser box contains 12 peelpacks. Shelf life is 3 years (from production date). This monofilament suture is composed of polyglycolide-co-caprolactone and is suitable for subcutaneous or intradermal suturing, Gl-surgery, urological surgery, and approximation of oral mucosa e.g. gingival flaps
