Warranty and Repair

All KRUUSE products are covered by 1-year warranty from date of Kruuse invoice. This means, if the defect relates to a manufacturing fault, you can have the goods repaired, alternatively you will receive a refurbished or new product. Defects due to wrong handling or damages are not covered under the warranty. Read more here: sales and delivery conditions 

Please note: 
1. Transport costs to KRUUSE are covered by yourself
2. The goods must be clean and safely packed. Transport must be covered by your insurance company
3. The warranty is not applicable for wearing parts and batteries 
4. If you use another repair technician than Kruuse or approved by Kruuse the warranty will no longer apply
5. If the repair is about a product not covered by the original warranty you will get a 3-months warranty on the repair.
5. The warranty of the product after repair will still be from the date of Kruuse invoice
